Signing up for our services:
Before you sign up with Kimbark Laundry, we will ask you to enter your zip code, to see if we are currently servicing your area.
If we are currently servicing your area, we will guide you through a simple 5 step sign up process. We will ask you to select your customer type, select your preferences, enter your name, delivery address, credit card information, create a password, and verify your email address (If you would not like to provide your billing information over our secured servers, please call 773-493-3320, so that we can setup an account for you over the phone). We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit).
If we currently do not service your zip code area, we will ask you to provide us with other necessary information, which we will keep on file. Once your zip code area becomes deliverable by Kimbark Laundry, we will contact you via e-mail, so that you may establish an account with us.
Setting your Preferences:
As a customer of Kimbark Laundry, you will have the flexibility to select your laundry preferences the way you like them.
Type of Service:
Schedule-Weekly Pick-Ups: We will automatically Pick-up/Deliver your laundry items every week according to a pre determined schedule.
Request-A-Pick-Up: We will wait for you to contact us via our website, to pickup your laundry items.
Service Request must be submitted before 7:00 AM for same day pickup.

Using our Pick-Up/Delivery Service:
Within 72 hours of signing-up for new service, you will receive an email from us alerting you that your service will begin as of a certain date. You will also receive a voucher for one of our laundry bags and identification tag. Bring this voucher to the laundromat to receive your laundry bag. This laundry bag must be used for all of your services with us, so we can track your order more efficiently.
Based on the type of service you've selected, we will then begin to provide you with our pick-up/delivery service. Just place your laundry bag at the Pick-Up/Delivery location, which you've selected, and leave the rest to us.
We will communicate with you throughout the process. For each order handled and processed by Kimbark Laundry, we will automatically assign your order an order number, which you can track automatically via our notification emails, or you can simply log on to our website and click on Account History to check the status of each order.
Possible Order Status Types:
"IN" = Order received and confirmed by Kimbark Laundry
"READY" = Order has been processed and is being setup in our systems for delivery to you
"OUT" = Order to be delivered to you on your next scheduled Pickup/Delivery date
"VOIDED" = Order has been voided
"REFUNDED" = Order has been refunded to your original form of payment
